NEW SERVICE COSTS – 2023
Since the start of the first Covid-19 “lockdown” Eagle Eye CCTV has seen ever-increasing costs for materials and travel that has affected the cost of providing service to our customers.
We have of course tried everything we can to avoid a price increase keeping service cost down during 2020 & 2021 and even for the first 4 months of 2022 we have maintained prices.
Unfortunately with ever further material cost increase and now fuel & travel costs at an all-time high not to increase our fees would directly affect our ability to provide service to our customers even our ability to continue to trade.
We are for now keeping our installation cost at the 2022 prices for the next 3 months (review in June 2023) but our service costs fees are to increase and take affect from Jan 10th 2023.
We thank all our customers since 2017 and appreciate your understanding.

Service Call-Out .. £80 regardless of customer location plus parts if required. *this is for NON~ Maintenance Customers.

Maintenance Signed Contract Customers £50 plus parts if required. *this maintenance contract allows us to reduce cost to customers in this ever increasing cost market.
