Eagle Eye CCTV 2025 Terms & Conditions of Installations
1) The standard CCTV installation of 4 installed CCTV cameras includes 4x 18mt long CCTV cables in white.
1a) If a camera is sited further than the supplied kit cable extra cables including fitting will be charged at £20 per long cable required.
1b) Camera locations & angle of coverage will be discussed & agreed with the customer at the time of cctv installation.
2) Internet router within 2 meter of the DVR (cctv recorder box) we supply up to 2 mt Ethernet lead.
3) Your TV or monitor within 1.5 meter of the sited DVR (cctv recorder box) we supply 1.5 mt HDMI lead.
4) Camera cables are clipped surface mounted to external walls.
5) Internal trunking if required will be the responsibility of the customer to supply and fix as this is not within own cctv installation time costing.
6) If your router is not near the TV ..”power-line adaptors” are required & they are £35 supplied & fitted, this allows the cctv to link to your router, (or you can provide and use your own Power lines if you have them).
7) The CCTV kit comes with a 12 month return to base & exchange of all cameras, hard drives, and DVR recorder box. (This does not include the power supplies or Power-Line Adaptors which are not covered due to the nature of electrical spikes & power surges etc). New replacement power supplys are £20 each and replacement power-lines are in a set of two for £35.
8) The standard 4 camera system Hard drive is a 2TB with around 10 days continuous 24 hour recording which can be extended if system set to “Motion Detect Only”... This can be set if required.
9) Service call outs to replace or repair faults etc, are charged at £60 per call-out after the 60 days from date of installation regardless of parts coverage as in 7) above.
10) No attic cabling.
11) After the time of installation additional parts are charged at the latest service call charges. All and any additional work is also subject to the "service- call out" charge payable at the time of the call-out work. (see lastest Service Call Charges).
12) If the location of the property is outside the Warrington, Runcorn, Widnes, St. Helens areas a travel & fuel cost will be charged from £30 to £60 depending on location. All discussed at the time of booking. Example: travel Rhyl £80 Birkenhead /Wirral £60 (May 2023 prices).
13) We reserve the right not to install on the day if we consider the installation to be dangerous or hazardous due to location/weather or conditions deemed outside our normal installation conditions.
14) We reserve the right not to travel or take bookings deemed outside our installation areas.
15) All bookings and Installations are accepted on the understanding that the customer has read and agreed to the
Terms & Conditions.
